Boss Motorsports is America's leading manufacturer of aluminum
aftermarket automobile and truck wheels made in the USA. Their two
manufacturing facilities in the U.S. - one in California and the second
in South Carolina - utilize advanced industry technologies throughout
the entire manufacturing process. Beginning in R&D, ProE, ProMechanica
and Magma engineering software is used. Wheels are then produced via
counter-pressure casting, pioneered by Boss and their research
facilities in Europe, and precisely CNC machined. State-of-the-art
coatings facilities create the finishing touch that includes Boss
Motorsports' Super Finish polished lips to accent their designs'
aggressive styling for today's muscle cars.
