Tire Bulge

The problem may be
DAMAGE NEEDING REPLACEMENT

A bubble on the sidewall of a tire generally indicates damaged cords caused by severe impact. It is confirmed by a visible corresponding break in the inner liner. Air has infiltrated between the plies & caused the bulge.

Immediately take the tire to a Michelin tire dealer for a proper inspection. A tire in this condition cannot be repaired.
