This product is a brass coated steel wire used for
reinforcing high pressure hose.
The wire diameter range is from 0.20mm. trough 0.71mm;as per the steelcord production process severe quality controls are applied during all production phases. Raw Material Hose reinforcement wire is an hard drawn,high Carbon steel wire made with the same rod quality of steelcord. Welds Welds minimum breaking load must be 40% of wire breaking load. Welds diameter may exceed the wire diameter by maximum 20%. Identification characteristics An hose wire product is normally identified by the nominal diameter & tensile strength. |
