The All-Season Avid Touring radials were
developed by Yokohama to be smooth, quiet & obedient while
providing good wet & dry traction, long treadwear & overall
value in order to meet the year round driving needs of imported &
domestic coupe & sedan drivers.
The Yokohama Avid Touring radial’s tread
pattern features independent shoulder & intermediate tread blocks
combined with continuous center ribs to enhance year round traction
while providing ride comfort & reducing noise. The tire’s four
wide circumferential grooves are combined with lateral grooves &
high density sipes to enhance traction on wet roads & in light
snow. Internally, the Avid Touring features twin steel belts to
provide strength & long term durability, Perflex Sidewall
Construction to increase handling response & a Contoured Bead
Design for better tire-to-rim fit resulting in a smoother ride.
Yokohama Avid Touring tires feature
subtle blackwall styling & are available in 75-, 70-, 65-, &
60-series; S-speed rated sizes for 13" through 16" wheel diameters.
