The Dunlop SP Sport 270 is a
Grand Touring “summer” tire that was developed to meet the
needs of today's luxury sports coupes and sedans by blending
dry and wet road performance with enhanced longevity and
comfort.
The Dunlop SP Sport 270 features a premium silica-based
tread compound to increase wet traction and treadwear. Its
H-shaped shoulder blocks, independent intermediate tread
blocks and a continuous center rib provide dry cornering and
stability, while the tread's wide circumferential and
lateral grooves team up to enhance wet traction and reduce
the risk of hydroplaning.
Internally, the Dunlop SP Sport 270 twin steel belts are
reinforced by JointLess Band (JLB) technology which uses
spirally wound nylon belt edge strips to provide long term
integrity under high speed conditions while it reduces
weight and helps provide more uniform ride quality. |
