The Crusher is
Dick Cepek's Off-Road Maximum Traction light truck tire
developed for enthusiastic pickup truck and sport utility
vehicle drivers looking for ultra aggressive radials in
large sizes. The Crusher radial is designed to combine
lively on-road handling with dynamic off-road traction.
Crusher radial tires feature an 18/32" to 20/32"-deep
(depending on size) high-void symmetric design that features
self-cleaning, cross-tread lugs to combine on-road handling
with off-road traction in mud and deep snow. Shoulder lugs
(which alternate being stepped in and out) and a wraparound
tread design featuring functional Skull & Cross Bone
Sidebiters on the upper sidewall combine a unique look with
added off-road protection and more traction in loose
surfaces. Siped tread lugs provide better grip on smooth
surfaces. The Crusher radial's internal structure features
twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wrapped nylon on top
of three-ply polyester sidewalls for a full six plies of
reinforcement under the tread for strength and toughness on-
and off-road. |
