Initial Review, 100 Miles on Tires

I took a chance on these brand new tires by BFG and so far am very pleased with the look and feel of this tire. The noise level is only noticable if the radio is off or turned down low. Most of my numbers are 8s because of the limited number of miles and conditions to compare against, but wanted to get feedback out to those of you doing research. Plus there leaves room for improvement over an 8. In the short time I've had these tires, I've been stopped a handful of times by folks asking about the tire and setup. Thanks Tire Rack for being one of the first in the market to carry this line.

Initial Review, 500 Miles on Tires

A few trips on this tire so far and I am very impressed. I have been an owner of BFG All terrain T/A KO's and Long Trails and Rugged Trails. This really does put all the tires into one awesome package from what I have seen so far. I wanted the T/A KO's but they were pricey and not the best Highway tire. I gave these a shot to replace the Radial Long Trails that were on my Jeep. While they are one notch louder, they are smoother on the Highway. The are better in turns and in the rain. Had no issue at 75 in the rain today. I will be doing a sand test on the beaches soon and see how they compare to the other tires. They also look awesome! If you want an aggressive look, but want some good highway manner but be able to handle some rough stuff this is your tire!!!
