Initial Review, 30,000 Miles on Tires

I live down winding country roads...tires are all around decent for the price but need to be replaced after only 30k miles. Proper inflation at all times, tire rotations done. I bought these when they first came out and dropped $600 on the set. Not worth $600...probably more of a $350 set of tires.

So I replaced the OEM Goodyear Eagle RS-As with this tire. Did a lot of research before getting this tire. I was about to let my local goodyear shop give me a pair of Toyo Extensa HPs when I decided on the Advantage TAs instead. Had an 8 rating on Tire Rack at the time with really good survey results for grip, handling, and especially noise and comfort. While I drive spirited, I'm not a race car driver, and my car goes on long trips, so quiet and comfort are important. I'm incredibly impressed with how quiet these are compared to the RS-As, and I would say the comfort and stability are right on par with the RS-A for a lot less, and in a Grand Touring Tire. The dry and wet grip so far has been amazing! I turn off my Traction control and still really have to get on it hard to make the tires break loose on wet roads. So with the traction I've experienced, the noise and ride comfort, and the stability and cornering that match that of the RS-A which are a performance tire...I would definitely get this tire again.
