Hotchkis Tuning Suspension John Hotchkis, after a career as one of America’s best young road racers (with time in both British F3 against F1s best & in IMSA GTP), established Hotchkis Performance to focus on & manufacture very high quality suspension components designed to improve the performance of street vehicles. This line of Hotchkis Performance products, Hotchkis Tuning, offers the drivers of sport compact/Japanese automobiles quality products built for the street that incorporate the latest motorsports design techniques. The experience of John Hotchkis (in racing & as a test driver) & the entire Hotchkis team ensures that the customer receives high quality products, engineered to perform, & designed to be strong. To accomplish this, the Hotchkis crew is constantly designing & testing new, innovative products. Each component undergoes intensive evaluation on street machines & racecars before they become Hotchkis Tuning products. Hotchkis’ fully equipped facility allows their team the ability to design & construct components in-house using the latest in CAD technology. Following the design & production process, all Hotchkis suspension prototypes are installed & subjected to a rigorous in-house testing & R&D program. Probably the most critical portion of product development, each individual prototype piece accumulates mileage in several driving conditions.

For the ultimate in handling Hotchkis Tuning offers track-tested Competition Coil-Overs. While this system was designed for the track, it still offers a comfortable street ride. Coil-overs feature the same Bilstein internal valving that is found on many high-end European vehicles. This valve technology offers a smooth, controlled ride. Hotchkis Tuning coil-overs also feature CNC-machined billet aluminum bodies, 2.5" diameter race coils, machined spring plates, & heim joint end links.

Hotchkis Tuning's TVS Stage I Kit consists of two products engineered to improve performance on daily driven vehicles while still offering a comfortable ride —Sport Springs & a Sport Anti-Roll Bar Kit. The Sport Springs will lower the vehicle for better handling & ride characteristics. Replacement bump stops are included (where applicable) for the additional suspension travel needed with the lower stance. To complement the Sport Springs, the TVS Stage I Kit includes the Sport Anti-Roll Bar Kit consisting of adjustable (where applicable), tubular front & rear anti-roll bars, polyurethane bushings, bushing brackets & zerk fittings for easy lubrication.

Hotchkis Sport Suspension Sport Camber Links offer the freedom to easily set a vehicle's rear camber for track competition or everyday driving by loosening the lock nuts, then rotating the hex center for more or less rear camber.

The Hotchkis Sport Suspension Sport Camber Links are made of two tubular steel outer arms with a billet aluminum hex center. The polyurethane bushings can be greased by utilizing the zerk fittings at each end.

The Competition Upgrade Kit is available to owners of Hotchkis Sport Suspension Sport Camber Plate Sets who are planning to change to coil-overs from a standard O.E. diameter spring. This kit allows for the entire Camber Plate Set to be kept except for the spring hats, which will be replaced by the upgrade kit hats without any fitment issues.
